Although not the smoothest check-in experience, overall we had a pleasant stay. Positive: Key collection was super straightforward as the host gave simple instructions ahead of time on where to collect the keys. Despite the confusion of being on the wrong floor, almost opening the wrong room door, etc, the host was very accommodating and did their best to help solve our issues - even getting us a new room to stay in when we found the one we booked had not yet been cleaned. Want to give a special thank you to Lyn who came by to assist us into the new room and made sure we were alright once checked in. We were very satisfied with the facilities itself, everything was clean and the location of our apartment is very walkable to food shops and groceries, even the train station. Negative: Instructions did not indicate which building exactly to enter coming up from car park so we had some confusion on which building and ended up almost opening a wrong room door. We also faced confusion and found it confusing to navigate the getting to the lifts from the car park.
